excellent service complimentary drinks early arrival punctual taxi
The staff at reception provided excellent service . The complimentary drinks and snacks from the mini bar were a nice surprise after a long day. My room was ready early, allowing me to rest after my travel. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport that arrived punctually and the staff helped with luggage.
The price was a bit high considering some minor issues, like the room being on the smaller side. Still, the location makes up for it.

An elevator is available, a significant benefit who are carrying large suitcases. A rooftop area offers a pleasant setting for breakfast, with both outside and inside options. A 24-hour reception ensures assistance at any time.

The hotel location is excellent. It is close to many shops and restaurants. All main attractions are within walking distance from here. SIMONE was particularly helpful. I liked that the hotel could arrange taxis efficiently.
The soundproofing was POOR. The overall atmosphere was a bit dark. This aspect might not suit families very well. I noticed the potential impact on the experience with children.

Central and clean!
central location spacious room friendly staff
The hotel is centrally located near many attractions. I walked to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon easily! The family room was spacious and clean. The simple breakfast was enjoyable, and I found the staff very helpful and friendly.
I noticed a strong chemical odor in the hotel. I believe it was from oil based paint. We kept the windows open all night and had trouble sleeping.

The hotel boasts an really good location, placing guests within a short walk of iconic landmarks. The Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon are all easily accessible. I REALLY loved that!

unhelpful staff old pastries
the location was pretty CENTRAL to most things.
the staff. seemed LESS than interested in HELPING. i asked for A blanket and seemed like i was asking for the WORLD. breakfast was SAD. the pastries tasted like they were A week old.

The location was REALLY convenient. The staff efficiently handled my check-in. My room was clean and well kept. I appreciated that. There was a safe in the room.
